It’s not working as well as it was

In the beginning I loved it and it was working fabulously! Now, it records for 5 minutes and stops recording. I have to restart recording every 5 minutes or so. It used to record as long as I wanted it to record. I have deleted all of my previous recordings and cleaned out the files. it is still not recording the way it used to. I am not happy with the way it is currently working. I gave the product 3 stars because of past performance to present performance. I hope there is an update with a fix.
